Abstract
ObjectiveIn this article, the residues of pesticide daconil residues in Folium Isatidis were studied in a dynamic manner.MethodsDaconil was separated directly by EQUITY-1701 capillary column using Gas Chromatography with an Electron Capture Detector.ResultsDaconil recoveries at three different spiking levels were 88.41%, 100.09%, and 85.28%. Daconil dynamics was described in a two-compartment model. Both low and high-level daconil in Folium Isatidis had a 17-day safety interval.ConclusionIt is concluded that the method is convenient, accurate, and specific.
