Abstract
A neural network with real time feature extraction is proposed in this paper, which simulates the structure of multi-size overlapping receipt-field in biological vision. It can extract image features by unsupervised learning, and detect or recognize the interested target whatever the target changes on its location and size. With the combination of supervised learning for cognition and classification, it can track any interested target in real time.
