Abstract
A part of the analysis of a 29-year-old woman is described. The focus concerns two groups of fantasies that emerge soon after the beginning of her analysis. This fantasy activity is a reaction to intense emotions, mainly relating to separation. The form and the content of these fantasies are described and their origins are traced back to the first tactile experiences. The work of D. Anzieu, E. Bick, F. Tustin, D. Meltzer and T. Ogden gave the conceptual framework in which this material is organized.
