Abstract
Subjective symptoms of the patients are often focused in psychiatric disorders. However, psychiatric disorders are also characterized by an array of clinical signs. In the diagnoses of psychiatry, increasing attention has been paid to the alteration of motoric activity and behaviour. Here we show that the objective measurements of activity by using non-invasive actigraphs may enhance the assessment of psychiatric signs and facilitate the evaluation of psychiatric disorders.
