Abstract
Balneo–Morita therapy was applied to 11 patients with fibromyalgia syndrome. Ten patients completed the whole treatment course. The average period of stay at the spa for these patients was 4.2 weeks. VAS decreased from 7.8 to 3.0. After the treatment, elevation in 17-KS-S level was seen. QOL was improved. At the follow-up check made 1 year after the therapy, relapse was found in only one patient.
