Abstract
When looking at safety in the laboratory, the most important factors are the absence of adverse events (errors), reliability of the methods and the use of the information generated. As a result, the FMAE's findings are an important source of information in detecting active and latent failures of the system. In addition, the participation and dissemination of this type of knowledge promotes the commitment and responsibility of the professionals in safety issues.
