Abstract
⺠Four TPD analogs demonstrated dose-dependent induction of mouse CYP2B. ⺠CisTPD and transTPD failed to induce CYP2B in mouse livers. ⺠Compound-specific CYP2B induction by TPD analogs occurs through gene activation. ⺠Compounds stimulate the recruitment of CAR to its binding site on cyp2b10 promoter.
