Abstract
- We developed statistical models to predict toxicity of untested substances.
- Models are described for 4 repeat-dose and 3 developmental endpoints.
- Models use only petroleum compositional data and basic biometric data.
- The correlations between the observed and model-predicted values are high.
- Model results show good agreement with observed BMD10 measures.
