Abstract
⺠A single neonatal exposure to Bisphenol A causes adult disturbances in spontaneous behavior in a novel home environment. ⺠The behavioral disturbances are dose-response related. ⺠The behavioral disturbances are long-lasting/irreversible. ⺠Results indicate that neonatal Bisphenol A exposure affects the cholinergic system.
