Abstract
► A single neonatal exposure to Bisphenol A causes adult disturbances in spontaneous behavior in a novel home environment. ► The behavioral disturbances are dose-response related. ► The behavioral disturbances are long-lasting/irreversible. ► Results indicate that neonatal Bisphenol A exposure affects the cholinergic system.
