Abstract
► Arsenicals produced renal cancer in mice, in accord with human data on arsenic and kidney cancer. ► Fetal arsenic-induced liver cancer response was greatly magnified by DMA exposure through adulthood. ► DMA alone caused lung cancer in accord with human data on arsenic and pulmonary cancer.
