Prise en charge précoce du choc septique aux urgences

Severe sepsis and septic shock are conditions with a high mortality rate. Recently, the international surviving sepsis campaign have expressed the need for an immediate and aggressive strategy of care. This revue of the literature is a state of the art on knowledge on sepsis, pointed out the first line role of emergencies. Concerning the therapeutic and strategic approaches, the last chapters of this revue are based on the "transversal sepsis group" recommendations for emergency practitioners.
