Abstract
The use of strength training in fibromialgia is a present tool; useful in the improvement of the quality of life and its intensive training does not aggravate the symptoms or the pain in patients. However the quality of the studies defined until the moment is moderate and it is needed a greater description. Research on the long-term benefit of strength exercise for fibromyalgia is needed.
