Abstract
The aim of this study is to contrast the effectiveness of a sublesional kinesitherapy program on arterial dermic flow of the different toes respect to the massage reflex in connective tissues (bindegewebsmassage). An experimental study is made in pretest-postest modality. The study sample is composed by 36 health individuals, each group of treatment is constituted by a sample of 18 subjects. The exclusion criteria are to present peripheral arterial disease, diabetes or some disease; as well as pharmacological treatment that could interfere in the obtained results. The independent variable is the physiotherapy treatment by means two modalities of intervention: reflex massage in connective tissue/ sublesional kinesitherapy. Also, the dependent variable is the skin arterial flow in each one of the five digits of the foot. In the statistical analysis of the results has been made an analysis of variance by a factor (ANOVA). Mainly, significant differences is obtained between 1.ª valuation (without intervention) and the 3.ª valuation (after 48 h both therapeutics application) in the digits 1.°, 2.°, 3.° and 4.°; except in one of the experimental subgroups considered in this study. On the basis of the analysis of the results we can conclude that sublesional kinesitherapy produces an increase of the arterial dermic flow in the toes, with object to control the results progression is necessary to make new determinations.
