Abstract
A high number of visits to the physiotherapist are due to injuries in structures principally formed by conjunctive tissue. It has motivated the Ducth authors van den Berg and van Wingerden to concentrate their researches toward this type of structure, trying to influence it by the physiotherapeutic point of view. Some of the conclusions of these authors have brought a paradigmatic change in the physiotherapist procedure. The Physiotherapy in injuries of structures characterised by this type of tissue are oriented around the chronological development of the conjunctive tissue treatment. Pain, edema or the decreased join movement are not already the principal aim of the therapy, but they are believed to be within a natural context: Within this context of re-established repairing process: tissue reparation. In this context of re-established repairing process genetically, the aim of the physiotherapist is not to accelerate it, something very unlikely for these authors, but to develop therapeutic interventions in order to avoid to damage the patient. He/she is definitely involved in the therapeutic process, which does not finish at the clinic, but last during all the diary-life actions. Even without good quality clinical trials about the efficacy of this therapeutic behave, it is interesting to spread some of these authors' conclusions, because at the moment there are not articles translated to Spanish about these authors' findings.
