Abstract
Mean methodological quality of the studies included was 5 points (out of possibility of 10). As a result of the treatment, the patients' cognitive function, balance, depression and quality of life significantly improved. Studies with a more homogeneous intervention sample are needed to determine the effectiveness of exercise in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
