Abstract
Although no isolated technique can solve this pathology, Kaltenborn's wedge assisted posteroanterior mobilization of the rachis has proved to be well tolerated by patients and it is effective for pain release, increasing mobility and disability improvement. This technique must join the therapeutic methods for chronic low back pain patients.
