Abstract
In the present review work are exposed the different optional surgical modalities of reconstruction in each woman, it related not only to previous requirements for their application but also with the advantages and isadvantages observed after the same. The benefits of the surgical reconstructive process require the physiotherapy intervention, he is considered very important in the obtaining of the awaited results not only the specificity of the procedures but also the adjustment to the surgical interphases.
