The complex interrelationships between myofascial and joint dysfunction in the pelvis and hip and knee pain are discussed. An illustrative case history is presented. An integrated approach to the evaluation and treatment of the pelvis, hip, and lower extremity, focusing on finding and treating joint and myofascial dysfunctions is described and the merits of this integrated approach are discussed.
