Abstract
Perspectives on the dynamics of reciprocal correlations as well as connections between body and world/horizon (e.g. stomach) and subjective approaches within osteopathy will be discussed. It is entirely essential for the reduction to place the Whole as the background setting with reference to the stomach as only one aspect of the perspective, i.e. it (the stomach) only gains its specific function as an organ within its context of meaning/relevance, not the other way around. In osteopathy, reflections of therapeutic access/approach integrate aspects such as coherence, instability and sensitivity, qualities of existence and action. These thoughts on organic holism put the intention to standardise into perspective and acknowledge man in its singularity (which is always more than an individual case).
