Developing a Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop to Support Maternal Breastfeeding Self‐Efficacy

A prenatal breastfeeding workshop developed for primiparous women was specifically designed to increase a woman's breastfeeding self‐efficacy in the early postpartum period. Research has shown that breastfeeding self‐efficacy, defined as a woman's confidence in her ability to breastfeed, is positively related to breastfeeding success.
