Abstract
⺠The importance of airflow in the preservation of stored grain is based on the use of air. ⺠Some granaries do not have a wooden slatted floor with gaps, although they should. ⺠Slatted floor influences the thermodynamic behaviour, which is powered by solar radiation. ⺠The simulations showed that the inflow of air through the floor was high. ⺠Grooving positively affects the internal containment temperature.
