Abstract
In today's nursing home environment, with the increasing complexity of care for the older adult, collaboration among healthcare professionals is essential to ensure the best quality of care. The need exists for a clinician who can coordinate this dynamic team of professionals while synthesizing holistic care to meet the needs of older adults now and in the years to come.
