Abstract
The United States has been experiencing a demographic transformation which began decades ago and is continuing to accelerate and dramatically change our landscape. Minority groups are the fastest growing demographic, currently accounting for one-third of the U.S. population1 and the US is projected to become a majority-minority nation for the first time in 2043.
