Abstract
What if there was a science-based means to foster positive organizational features, such as collaboration, vitality, trust, resilience, and respect in the practice environment? What if the end results included positive energy, work environments, and patient, staff, and organizational outcomes? Positive organizational scholarship (POS)1 offers tools and resources to help nurse leaders to promote such spiraling upward.
