Abstract
Eye movement disorders are frequent clinical signs and extremely disturbing for the patients as they may notice blurred vision, diplopia, oscillopsia and gait unsteadiness. Oculomotor abnormalities can be precisely localised in the brain. However, they may be difficult to treat although therapeutical efficacy can be easily monitored by eye movement recordings. Most neuro-otological disorders can also be diagnosed based upon eye movement abnormalities (vestibulo-ocular reflex). This review provides a short survey of therapeutic options in frequent or characteristic eye movement and neuro-otological disorders.
