Abstract
We tried to underline the socioprofessional factors at the origin of an improvement in their mental heath at least six months after their first consultation of psychopathology at work. It emerges that, following care within consultation, 82.8% of patients were medically feeling better (an improvement in their GHQ12). Among those who answered the questionnaires, 56.1% left their firms. The patients who left their firm (often following a declaration of medical unfitness) seem to be globally feeling better than those who remained at their posts.
