Abstract
Assessing the effectiveness of protective measures should involve biological (search for anticancer drugs or their metabolites in urine or blood), environmental (take a sample of surface and search for traces of drugs prepared in safety box and adjacent areas), and medical (sample of urine or blood for biological or biochemical parameters pathological proving occupational exposure), monitoring although currently no guideline specifies the procedures for their implementation.
