Abstract
This article describes and analyzes an original organization of medical surveillance of night workers in an important French industrial group. The specific follow-up of night workers and particularly the second medical visit is performed by nurses of the occupational medical service under the supervision of the occupational physician. This visit aims to detect sleep disorders and cardiovascular diseases. Follow-up indicators show a good adhesion of all the actors of this survey in this firm.
