Abstract
Insomnia is one of the most common sleep disorders and occupational physicians are frequently confronted to this problem. Apart from sleep troubles related to night or shift work, the management of this complaint is not easy and physicians often feel helpless. However, several measures can be proposed to the workers to evaluate the severity and the repercussions of insomnia. An occupational origin must systematically be looked for by the physician in the presence of sleep disorders.
