Abstract
A CRRMP has considered lead as the main etiology of this renal adenocarcinoma, and has established a direct and essential link between this pathology and the professional exposure to lead. However, lead can't be fairly proven to be the only professional factor which can have promoted this renal cancer. This case-report shows that it is very difficult to confer one disease on a single risk factor, without any concordant epidemiological data.
