Abstract
The multidisciplinary aspect of this approach is essential because the physical, ergonomic, psychosocial and organizational aspects of posts in the teaching hospital are so closely interlinked. It was possible to assess the actions carried out by measuring absenteeism before and after individual and collective interventions. It is now important that the teaching hospital makes use of this study in defining and applying a policy to keep workers in their jobs and encourage them to return.
