Abstract
												Thus the physician specialized in occupational health is medically implicated in the regulation and legal field (labour regulations, professional ethics code, penal code, jurisprudences): the evaluation of medical ability to work-related driving involves his/her professional responsibility through the signature of the medical aptitude opinion for work posts involving a professional task of perm or occasional driving. So, his role is to help and advice the employees, the employer and the trade-unions. All of these elements justify to classify employees wilt a work-related driving activity, in “reinforced medical surveillance“.
