Abstract
This experiment of extension of RNVPP into IBS confirms that the network of experts alone is not representative enough for conventional epidemiology: extension of the methodology to IBS, in the context of a collaboration between sentinel physicians and senior university hospital physicians can be exploited to generate predictors of morbidity. Collaboration with IBSs in other regions as well as in the agricultural and building sectors should make the estimates more representative.
