Abstract
When patients present with stiffness throughout the hand, wrist, and forearm, therapists must decide how to simultaneously treat multiple structures. This author describes combining a dynamic supination orthosis (splint) with a dynamic composite finger flexion orthosis to address stiffness throughout the entire hand.—Victoria Priganc, PhD, OTR, CHT, CLT, Practice Forum Editor
