Abstract
In practice, when confronted with ocular hypertonia or a narrow anterior chamber on clinical examination, the ophthalmologist searches for an eventual primitive closing of the Iridocorneal angle. A thorough and in depth investigation will permit the practitioner to assess the clinical form, the stage of the glaucoma pathology, the anatomo-functional consequences and to propose an adapted therapy. Using the case of Mrs L, what is the contribution of supplementary examinations in the diagnosis and follow-up of glaucoma ?
