Abstract
Precious time should therefore be spent on the sensorial but also on optomotor control and the repercussions on functional level so that, depending on the patients' complaints or not, of their visual requirements and according to their activities, a response be given to the physician and patient with a precise orthoptic diagnosis: can surgery be envisaged, deferred or prohibited?
