Abstract
Necrotizing fasciitis is a severe infection which requires urgent and appropriate treatment. Surgical treatment is often aggressive and may leave deep functional sequelae, especially in the upper limb. We report the case of a patient with severe functional sequelae of necrotizing fasciitis of the upper limb. We describe and insist on the establishment of a multimodal rehabilitative treatment at this stage of evolution.
