Abstract
Arthur is a prematurely born child, who had also a meningococcal meningitis at the age of four months. He keeps significant neurological sequelae resulting psychomotor retardation and neurovisual disorders. Upon the request of neuro-ophthalmologist, the orthoptist will take care of this child early, in connection with the physical therapist and special educator to stimulate Arthur as diversely as possible by relying on sensory flow (visual flow, gravity, tactile and auditory) whose role is essential in the tonic postural infant development (Bullinger 1996). The orthoptist tells how was monitored his help from age one to three and a half years.
