Abstract
It should be remarked that if an adequate dialysis allows the practitioner to avoid, if not, to limit cardiovascular and bony complications as well as the slow storage on the level of the articulations of the microglobulin amyloid substance B2, which is at the origin of the amylose of the hemodialysed subjects, one could disregard neither the evaluation of pain nor the measurement of the quality of life of those subjects. This is crucial so as to provide the patients with adapted treatments. Among these treatments, physical medicine - functional re-adaptation - has a fundamental place.
