Abstract
Walking on the knees, even if the step of the acquisition of walking is exceeded constitutes an exceptional phenomenon. We report the case of two real twins, the psychomotor development was normal; they had no neurological or orthopedic disease. Prenatal and postnatal factors are implicated in this motor retardation. The treatment has been to stimulate the muscular system, sensory, visual, proprioceptive and labyrinthine. The orthopedic and neurological clinical monitoring is necessary to detect any abnormalities of development.
