The importance of virginity in most Arab and Muslim countries is the cause of erectile dysfunction that occurs during the wedding night. This concerns mainly young men free of any organic disease, drug or other. Such dysfunction is it due solely to psychogenic problems caused by the obligation to perform sex that will prove virginity and therefore the honor of the girl vis-à-vis the two families? The psychological counseling of the couple, as fast as it could be, avoids the stagnation and installation of sustainable erectile dysfunction sometimes exceeding several years? Through what treatment program and how? It is such questions, and many others that this study will try to answer. The psychologist's mission is to identify the various psychogenic factors (stress, lack of confidence in itself…) as well as sociocultural causes (magical beliefs r'bit, ignorance of sexuality…) in the onset of erectile dysfunction at the wedding night.
