Abstract
The femoropatellar syndrome is a multifactorial syndrome in which muscular factors (muscle weakness, muscle imbalance and retractions) are essential. Isokinetic dynamometer application in both evaluation and rehabilitation in such affection is a complement to other conventional techniques used. Added to a comprehensive set of clinical parameters, it assists the clinician in arriving at a more optimal rehabilitation protocol.
