Abstract
Medical information was judged globally satisfactory. This evaluation of professional practices showed the limits of subjective measure of oral nonstandardised information. The absence of a validated tool did not facilitate this exercise which was similar to the evaluation of a process model. The creation of an appropriate assessment tool (patient-reported outcomes) is necessary, as well as studies on benchmarking.
