Abstract
Most of the patients with bone GCT can be treated satisfactorily with intralesional resections associated with adjuvant therapies preserving joint cartilage and function. It is important to control the lung metastasis appearance in the first three years. Metastatic disease in giant cell tumor does not carry the same poor prognosis as it does in malignant tumors
