IRM du périnée antérieur : anatomie et principales pathologies

The vulvo-vaginal diseases are very common. They can be grouped into five major groups: malformations, glandular, post-traumatic, tumor and inflammatory. After a focus on MRI anatomy of the anterior perineum, the objective is to make an inventory of major perineal diseases, describe their MRI semiology and topography and differentiate cystic lesions. MRI morphology and topography of lesions allow for the diagnosis of most perineal pathologies.
