Abstract
We report the case of a 17-year-old girl, admitted for treatment of an abdominopelvic mass. Radiological and biological data were in favor of a malignant ovarian secretion. The unilateral adnexectomy associated with platinum-based chemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment of dysgerminoma associated with yolk sac tumor. While emphasizing the preservation of fertility.
