Abstract
Abrikossoff tumor also called granular cell tumor (GCT) and pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) are relatively uncommon lesions of the breast. They both have no specific clinical or radiological features and can mimic malignant tumor for GCT and either benign or malignant tumor for PASH. Diagnosis is based on typical histological and immunohistochemical findings. Local excision is the main treatment, but close clinical and radiological follow-up can be proposed for PASH.
