Abstract
The purpose of this study is to show the interest of the multidetector CT virtual hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of vesicouterine fistula from two cases discovered during an infertility workup. It was about young patients without obvious urinary symptoms. The multidetector CT virtual hysterosalpingography was performed using a 16-row scanner using 1/5 diluted iodinated contrast. The image analysis was performed using different postreconstruction MPR, MIP, 3D volume and virtual hysteroscopy. It has enabled us to provide accurate information about the vesicouterine fistula namely its location and route.
