Abstract
Yolk sac tumors or endodermal sinus tumors of the ovary are rare malignant cell germinal tumors. Their incidences are less 5% of cell germinal tumors and between 2 and 5% of malignant ovarian tumors. They have a poor prognosis and usually occur the second decade of life. Our case highlights the importance of multimodality imaging for the diagnosis of yolk sac tumor.
