Abstract
The diagnosis of cornual pregnancy is not often made by transparietal ultrasound examination. Its discovery is late, at the rupture stage, putting the patient's prognosis for life at stake. Endovaginal ultrasound examination helps discover cornual pregnancy at an early stage.
